At Herbizlounge, we aim to deliver high-quality digital products, mini courses, and affiliate resources that meet your expectations. Due to the nature of digital content and instant access upon purchase, we have specific policies regarding refunds and returns.
1. Digital Products & Downloads
All sales of digital downloads are final. Once a product has been purchased and delivered (via download link, email, or account access), we are unable to offer refunds due to the non-returnable nature of digital goods.
If you experience technical issues accessing your file or believe the file is defective, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at [email protected]. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue, which may include file replacement or alternate access.
2. Mini Courses & Educational Content
Mini courses are also non-refundable, as access is typically granted immediately upon purchase. We provide clear descriptions and, when applicable, previews or sample lessons to help you make informed decisions.
If you believe a course was misrepresented or encounter technical issues preventing access, contact us within 7 days of purchase. We may, at our sole discretion, issue a refund or course credit.
3. Affiliate Resources & Tools
Affiliate-related content and tools provided through Herbizlounge are delivered as part of your digital purchase and are non-refundable. These materials offer instant value and cannot be returned once accessed or downloaded.
4. Unauthorized Purchases
If you suspect fraudulent activity or an unauthorized purchase, contact us immediately. We may request verification to assist in resolving the matter through our payment processor if appropriate.
5. Subscription Services
As of now, Herbizlounge does not offer recurring subscriptions. If we introduce subscription services in the future, applicable terms will be outlined separately and made available to all users.
